Hurricanes and tropical storms
Uplift tears off roofing, and wind-driven rain gets into walls, ceilings and insulation. Wet buildings need to be dried fast to stop mold.

What damages roofs in Florida
These are the storms and conditions behind most roof and property damage we see in Florida. If one has hit your area, get the roof checked before the damage spreads.
High wind and tornadoes
Strong gusts lift and crease shingles, peel back flashing and drop trees and limbs onto the roof.
Heavy rain and flooding
Water that gets into the building has to be found and dried quickly, or it turns into mold and structural damage.
Hail
Hail bruises shingles, cracks tile and dents metal. From the ground it usually looks fine, so the damage goes unreported until the roof starts leaking.

We had a great experience with River City Roofing. I felt well-informed after my first meeting with Damien, he was helpful in picking the right colors and materials and thought of everything we needed in advance. The crew arrived on time and were very polite and efficient... They did a thorough cleanup. Great team! I highly recommend them.
Andrew and Justin made the process to get my new roof incredibly easy and were great communicators. Don't waste your time searching for anyone else as they are the best in the business!
Excellent company to work with! We were having a problem with our roof leaking. The company sent Justin Fehr to check and he was able to identify the problem and fix it on the spot! I highly recommend River City Roofing Co.
I highly recommend River City Roofing! When I contacted them about a leak they came right out, looked at my roof, measured and gave me a quote within a day. We were able to coordinate scheduling right away. Their whole crew showed up at 7:00 a.m. and they got right to work...
Don Watson was great to work with. Had a new roof and new siding installed. Roof was done in one day and siding was done in one day (separate days).
They got our new roof done in a day and did a great job with the roof as well as the cleanup. They even checked back with us at the end of the day and a week after to make sure we were satisfied!
Reviews of OneRestore
OneRestore is a restoration company in our mitigation partner 360 Fire & Flood's network. These reviews are from their customers, copied from onerestore.com.
After being flooded from the hurricane back in Sept, OneRestore was called. Quickly moved into action and had our home being dried out. They have stuck by while we have waited on insurance and now working to put the pieces back together. Thanks.
When our upstairs bathroom sink pipe burst we were concerned about mold and mildew growing in the room downstairs... I then called OneRestore and spoke to Mike who showed up in 2 hours. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked with the insurance company to get started within hours.
OneRestore took care of a bedroom that had a mold issue. Not only do the air tests come back with great clean air, but they were able to remodel bedroom for us too!
Spoke to Mike at OneRestore, water heater broke and flooded my carpet. They came out on time and did a great job for a great price. Very quick response time, very impressive these days!
Mike was very responsive and professional, it was a pleasure working with him on my water damage claim.
