Privacy Policy

Who we are

This policy covers SkyViewRestore.com, RoofOverwatch.com and the calls, texts, emails and project portal you use with SkyView Restoration Group LLC (“SkyView,” “we”). SkyView is a sales and project management company. It is not a contractor, public adjuster or law firm.

What we collect

• Contact information: your name, phone number, email address and mailing address.
• Property information: the address, type and condition of the property and the details of your request.
• Claim information: your insurance carrier, policy and claim details, estimates, correspondence and decisions, when you give them to us or direct us to obtain them.
• Photos, videos and drone images of your property, taken by us, our Approved Contractors or you, and the reports, measurements and test results made from them.
• Records of your signatures and consent, including the document version shown, IP address and time when you sign electronically, and records of texting consent (name, mobile number, date, time, page and IP address).

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website.

How we use it

• To answer your request and schedule an inspection or assessment
• To inspect, document and write the repair scope for your property, and to manage your project's paperwork, scheduling and communications
• To keep you updated about your property, inspection or project, including storm alerts and SkyView Overwatch notices
• To bill the rates in your Project Agreement and keep the records it requires
• To send text messages, only if you've agreed to receive them (see our SMS Terms)

How we share it

We share your information with your Approved Contractor, an escrow agent or your insurance carrier only as you direct, or as needed to carry out your Project Agreement. We also share it with engineers, testing firms or other professionals who work on your property at your request. Photos, videos, reports and notices for your project are available to you in the project portal.

We do not sell personal information.

Mobile numbers and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We use service providers to run our business, such as customer relationship management (CRM), texting, e-signature, billing and project portal providers. They may handle your information only to provide their services to us, and are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as your Project Agreement, warranty and legal obligations require, and for the time the law requires after that. Extended records access after closeout is an optional separate purchase described in our published rates. We then delete or de-identify records we no longer need.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including a secure per-project login for the project portal. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

How to request your records

To see, download, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to ask for a copy of your project records, email Info@SkyViewRestore.com or call 866-321-VIEW (866-321-8439). Your project documents are also available in the project portal. We may need to keep records the law or your agreement requires us to keep.

If our business changes

If SkyView is merged with, or its business is sold to, another company, your information may be transferred to the buyer or successor, which must honor this policy.

How our texts work, and how to stop them, is in our SMS Terms. Texting consent is never a condition of purchase.
