Terms for the “SkyView Restoration Group texts” program.

Program

Program name: SkyView Restoration Group texts.
Sender: SkyView Restoration Group LLC.

What we send

If you opt in, we text you about your property and your project:

Project updates (inspection and file updates and requests for information)
Scheduling
Storm alerts
SkyView Overwatch notices (such as post-storm check-ins and renewal reminders)

You consent in one of three ways: by checking the unchecked consent box on a form on our website, by texting us first, or by agreeing to texting in a signed agreement (a Project Agreement or SkyView Overwatch Enrollment Agreement). We do not check the box for you. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without agreeing to texts.

Message terms

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. STOP ends text messages only. You'll get one message confirming it, and no more texts after that. STOP does not cancel your Project Agreement or stop calls, emails or notices the agreement requires.
Hours: we send texts only between 8 am and 8 pm in your local time.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
