Terms, rates and documents
The documents behind every SkyView Restoration Group Project Agreement, in one place. No login needed, and everything works on a phone.
What these documents are
When you sign a Project Agreement with SkyView, it includes our Terms and Conditions and the Exhibit A rate sheet (our “Published Rates”). This page posts them so you can read them before you sign, keep a copy, and check the version you signed. SkyView is not a public adjuster or law firm. The PDFs below are the documents; this page only helps you find them.
The version and rates in effect on the date you sign apply. Later versions do not change a Project Agreement you already signed. Every version stays posted at its own permanent link.
Current version: Version Nov 1, 2026 (permanent link: SkyViewRestore.com/terms/2026-11-01/).

Commercial Exhibit A: Published Rates
PDF rate sheet: to be posted before Nov 1, 2026 (see Current documents).
Rates in effect on the date Owner signs page 1 apply (Version Nov 1, 2026). They set the Cancellation Fee (Terms §18) and SkyView Project Fee (§§17, 47) and bill tarping and repairs (§5). Who does the work. SkyView's inspections are not quick roof checks. SkyView's principal consultant, with 25+ years in storm, fire and water restoration, leads the inspection, field testing and documentation and coordinates the file with Owner, Contractor, engineer and carrier, so that every document is complete and supported. The rates reflect that senior-level work. Large-building discount. Per-square-foot rates are billed in full on the first 20,000 sq ft of each building, less 10% on the area from 20,001 to 50,000 sq ft, and less 20% on the area above 50,000 sq ft, applied separately to each per-square-foot service using the area that service is billed on; minimums are not reduced. Hourly time is billed only for work actually done, except that each weekly file review is billed at a fixed 0.25 hour and travel time at the mapped driving time, as stated in those rows; no rate is a percentage of an insurance claim or payment.
